Deliveries are made by network and specialist two man delivery carriers and will require a signature, We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We will deliver to the UK mainland. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish highlands and islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly are all subject to additional charges. Please contact us for a delivery quotation if you are in any of these areas.

DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery is free on all orders to Mainland UK
Delivery surcharges apply to Highlands, Islands and offshore. Please contact us for details and a special quotation
Orders placed after 17.00 on a Friday will be processed on Monday the following week (Bank holidays excepted)
Deliveries are made by various carriers and will require a signature, therefore we are sorry to say we do not deliver to PO boxes
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please sign the delivery note to the effect that the package(s) is damaged. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under our control or unless subject to clause above) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may:
Store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
Sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.
Our products are usually despatched within a few days. Seating products are normally delivered within 3-5 working days
Certain product ranges, which are identifed individually , are occasionally subject to extended delivery times, but not usually longer than 4-5 weeks from date of order.
Large furniture items are delivered by a dedicated white glove service, offering a pre delivery booking advice system. Please allow up to 10 working days for this service
Delivery of large furniture and heavy goods in excess of 25kgs is usually made to the ground floor of a building. Due to the weight of some of our products, please ensure access to the ground floor is clear.
Wherever possible, whilst not guaranteed, our delivery teams will deliver to your” room of choice”, so long as the room is clear and access is available
Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods and we cannot produce as evidence of delivery a signed Proof Of Delivery (POD). If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Except where we are not permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
